Testimonies
“A mission trip to Israel” away from the comforts of home and totally dependent on Him brought me into a closer, more intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father and loving Creator. I love the passion of S.E.N.D. Ministries for the lost of the world to be found in Jesus Christ, which has increased my passion to “go into all the world” and shine the love of Jesus. Thank you S.E.N.D. Ministries for your faithfulness to the vision of reaching the unreached. I am blessed that God uses “weak vessels” to further His kingdom.

Going to Israel with S.E.N.D. Ministries was a life-changing experience. What an amazing privilege to take the Good News of the Messiah to God’s chosen people. Often outside my comfort zone, I was able to watch God show Himself strong. I was challenged to share my faith, intercede through prayer, and serve the Lord by serving local ministries. I returned to America with a fresh perspective on God, His heart for the world, and my part in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20).

I remember being terrified as the plane took off on my first five-month trip to India. What would I find in a place so unfamiliar to me? I found God showing His goodness revealing Himself, using me, using SEND Ministries as a tool to reveal my gifts and calling. I would never have imagined that stepping out in faith and going on one small missions trip, would forever change the course of my life, and that God would call me to continue serving Him in foreign nations. I have done three outreaches to India and only God knows what is next, so I will leave that in His hands.

“Do you want to change destiny?” the Indian pastor challenged wide-eyed American young people at the S.E.N.D. Ministries meeting. I felt his words penetrate my heart, as he repeated it with contagious passion, but I had no idea he was referring to my destiny. The adventure began that night and for three years God has swept me off my feet, teaching me His ways. In India, it was amazing to share the love of Jesus in villages, where the gospel had never been heard. In Israel, I followed in the Master’s footsteps, reaching out to His people. I thought I was going to the ends of the earth for Jesus, but I’m learning it is Jesus taking me to the ends of the earth to be with Him.
